For filing to the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOLWD), DAS produces:

• A PDF of Form TQ01C, Alaska Quarterly Contribution Report.

• A .csv file for upload to the Employment Security Tax (EST) website.

To prepare the TQ01C:

• Select the Employees or On the Fly menu, then select State Tax & Wage Forms.

• Make sure AK is selected, then select TQ01C from the Forms droplist.

• Select the applicable quarter.

• Review the form and make any necessary entries or edits.

• Make sure the e-file checkbox is marked (if e-filing), then select Save/Print.

Save/Print creates the PDF of form TQ01C that can be printed and paper-filed, as well as the .csv file that can be uploaded to the EST website if the e-file checkbox was marked.

To e-file:

• Log in to the EST Online Employer Services account.

• Follow the menu options to upload the wage file.

• The file for upload can be found by browsing to the drive where DAS is installed > DrakeAccounting20YY > DAS20YYData > DAS20YYData> Clients > client code > EFile > AK > AKTQ01C (DrakeAccounting20YY > Clients > client code > EFile > AK > AKTQ01C in DAS20 and prior) and selecting the file named AKTQ01C_YYYY-MM-DD_HR_MIN_SEC.csv (where YYYY-MM-DD_HR_MIN_SEC is the date and time of file creation).
