Drake Tax - DC - Reject “DCSCHI-0007” or EF Message 0152 (Drake Tax 2025)

A PDF attachment is required when there is an entry on DC screen I, line 7 or 13 (Other Additions or Other Subtractions). The PDF attachment is automatically generated and attached to the return. The DC e-file system, however, is not currently recognizing that the PDF is attached, which is resulting in Reject “DCSCHI-0007.”

Follow the steps below to indicate that the required PDF has been attached. This will clear EF Message 0152 and resolve the rejection.

1. Ensure that you have installed all available updates.

   Note  The checkbox discussed below is available with DC patch 10, released on March 5, 2026.

2. Open the return.

3. Go to View/Print mode and verify that the return is complete.

   • You will see DC EF Message 0152, but if you click on Attach PDF you will see that the attachment(s) have been attached automatically based on your entries.

4. Return to data entry and go to DC > screen I (Schedule I, Additions and Subtractions).

5. Check the box below line 15 that says For users with a required PDF statement for line 7/13, click here to verify the document is attached.

6. Recalculate and retransmit the return.
