An entry on the KY PTE screen flows to the KY PTE-WH form in View/Print mode for the partner/shareholder that the account number was entered on.

To have an account number show on KY 740NP-WH, use the KY NPWH screen and enter the KY NRWH Account Number at the top of the screen.
