The federal NOL does not automatically flow to the Iowa individual return. If this amount is supposed to be on the Iowa return, you will need to calculate it manually and enter it on line 24 of the Iowa return.
To do this, go to States > Iowa > screen LN23 and enter the amount on item U Net Operating Loss, Iowa.
