How to produce DC20ES for a District of Columbia 1120 return

On the ES screen, select DC from the St/City drop list, and in the Type drop list, select FR State Franchise Tax.

DC20ES estimates can be paid electronically - on the ES screen, check the e-File box beside each voucher to be paid electronically. The routing and account number can be directly entered on this screen, or, select Use account #1 information from the Federal Electronic Funds Withdrawal (PMT) screen if that screen has been set up for a federal payment.
