Federal 1120-C returns are not e-fileable. This generates EF Messages 0006 and 0083, which cannot be cleared. These EF messages also prevent WI Form 5 from being e-filed by causing WI EF Message 1023.

Connecticut CT1120 cannot be e-filed if the federal return is an 1120-H or 1120-C. EF Message 0023 generates preventing e-file.
