How to insert a blank line in a letter

  1. Go to Setup > Communications Editor and select the letter you wish to edit.

  2. Select Full Edit from the icons in the top bar.

  3. Select the point in the letter at which you need to insert a blank line.

  4. Under Return Data Keywords to the left select Miscellaneous to open the list below.

  5. Double-click on the Blank Line keyword in the list. You should see <Blank Line> populate in the designated space.

  6. Save the changes before exiting the Communications Editor.
