Drake Tax - 1065 - EF Message 1353

This EF Message 1353 appears when there are incompatible entries for the Name, Entity Name, and Partner Type fields on screen K1. If the entry for Partner Type is INDIVIDUAL, then the Entity Name (if not individual) field should be empty.

If the Partner Type is not INDIVIDUAL, then enter the entity's name in the Entity Name (if not individual) field.

In either case, an entry should only be made in either the Name or Entity Name (if not individual) fields. If an entry is made in both, then EF Message 1353 will produce.
