Drake Tax - Indiana - Schedule C, Schedule E, and Other Attachments

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) does not currently accept PDF attachments with e-filed returns. As a result, federal Schedule C, Schedule E, and any other attachments cannot be attached to Indiana returns.

Taxpayers with federal Schedules C, E, or other required attachments may receive a letter from the Indiana DOR requesting copies of the applicable federal forms. The taxpayer will need to mail the requested forms to the address provided in the letter.
