Drake Tax - Michigan – Processing Delays

The Michigan Department of Treasury is transitioning additional tax types to a new processing vendor. The transition will affect Michigan e-filed returns submitted between October 30 and November 12, 2026.

• MBT, CIT, ESA, and City Corporate: Submissions received after 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026, will not be retrieved until 7:00 a.m. on November 12.

• Individual (including city) and Fiduciary: Submissions received after 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2026, will not be retrieved until 7:00 a.m. on November 12.

ACH direct debit payments included with affected submissions will not be withdrawn until November 13, 2026. No additional penalty or interest will be charged because of the delay.
