Drake Tax - WI: e-Filing Schedule H Without Taxable Income

To e-file WI Schedule H when there is no taxable income, and the only federal EF Message is 0192 (no taxable income), select Do Not send Federal on federal EF screen. On the right side under State E-file Override, select WI in the drop list.
