Drake Tax - Illinois EF Message 0012

Illinois EF Message 0147 is generated when IL Electronic Filing NOT Allowed because "I have filed the extension and am now ready to do a regular return" has not been checked on the IL Extension screen.

To clear EF Message 0174 either:

• Return to the IL Extension screen and check the box "I have filed the extension and am now ready to do a regular return"

  or

• Disregard the message and file the IL Extension. This disallows transmittal of the state file electronically.

  • Open the EF - EF Options Override screen and make necessary changes if needed.
