Drake Tax - PA: Supported Philadelphia Tax Products

Philadelphia tax products supported in the Pennsylvania package

Drake Software supports four Philadelphia tax products:

• PAPHL40 - Employee Earnings Tax - Produces a payment coupon. There are no ES or Extension payment forms.

  • Payments can also be made electronically. See the Philadelphia Earnings Tax (employee) website for more information.

• PAPHBIRT/PAPHBREZ - Business Income & Receipts Tax - Requires one payment voucher that combines a payment coupon and an estimated payment into one voucher.

  • Taxpayers who owe $5,000 or more for the BIRT are required to pay those taxes electronically. See the Philadelphia Business Income & Receipts Tax website for more information.

• PAPHNP - Net Profits Tax - Requires two ES vouchers and one payment coupon.

  • Taxpayers who owe $5,000 or more for the Net Profits Tax are required to pay those taxes electronically. See the Philadelphia Net Profits Tax website for more information.

• PAPHSID - School Income Tax - Requires a payment voucher and an extension voucher but no ES vouchers.
