Drake Tax - ME - Form 1099-ME - Real Estate Withholding Payments

Real Estate Withholding Payments are reported on Form 1099-ME. To enter a Form 1099-ME for Maine, go to data entry > States tab > ME > Other tab and select 1099 Pass-through Withholding. Enter the information from Form 1099-ME including the real estate withholding payments on line 3.

The Real Estate Withholding Payments will then flow to line 25b of Form 1040ME.
