Drake Accounting - Creating Checks in Prior Year Software

Overview

While in a prior year version of DAS, users will not be able to create checks for the current year. This is due to changes including, but not limited to, tax brackets, 401k limits, and minimum wages. If a user attempts to create a check for the current year in a prior year of DAS, this could lead to incorrect calculations in payroll, sick/vacation leave, etc. For a current year check, users will need to use the current year DAS.
