Data Entry
If the taxpayer wants to opt-in, check the box Fast Forward on the SB screen. A pop-up message explains the Fast Forward program. After you click OK on the pop-up, the customer is opted in, and the $25.00 Fast Forward Fee is added to the return (review the banking documents for details).
Note The checkbox is grayed out unless eligibility criteria are met. If eligibility changes due to return or data entry changes, you will need to uncheck the Fast Forward box. Be sure to review the banking documents prior to e-filing to verify which product was selected.
