Drake Tax - ID Discrepancy Question

If you have partnered with EPS, Refund Advantage, or TPSC, you must make a selection in the ID Information section of the bank screen for the question Is there any discrepancy between the personal information provided by the taxpayer and the information on the government-issued photo ID (such as a different name, address, or date of birth)?.

If you fail to answer this question, EF Message 4576 generates.

If you answer Yes, you are then required to select the type of discrepancy document that you used to resolve the discrepancy (prevents EF Message 4577) and describe how you resolved the discrepancy in 255 characters or less (prevents EF Message 4578).
