Getting Started with Drake Software

Welcome to Drake Software! This guide walks you through setting up each Drake product you’ve purchased. Use the sections below to access step-by-step instructions and get started.
When you purchase a Drake Software product, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your online Drake Software account. You will need these account credentials to download desktop applications or launch an online program. When you purchase other products, they are added to your Drake Software account and can be accessed using the same online credentials.
If you have not activated your Drake Software account log in, check your email for the link and temporary passcode. This process configures your access to the Drake Software Support website and Drake Hub or the Drake User Manager.
Many Drake Software products are accessed directly through Drake Hub. For more information about setting up Apps and Staff in Drake Hub, see:
Note If you are a multi-site, you will use the Drake User Manager instead of Drake Hub. See Drake User Manager - Overview and Configuration instead.
Usernames and passwords for desktop applications are configured separately. See below for details.
