Drake Tax - e-Filing - Acks Continuing to Show After Processing

Continuing to see acks for every return processed this year when you go to EF > Transmit/Receive > Acks only or EF > Process acks, can be caused by an antivirus, commonly Kaspersky, interfering with one of the background files of Drake Tax. To resolve this issue, you will need to configure your antivirus to allow Drake. See Drake Tax - Configuring an Antivirus for the list of files that must be excluded in each year of Drake Tax.
