A display issue where you cannot see the bottom of some of your screens in Drake Tax, can be caused by a setting on your computer that is being used by the program. To fix the display in Drake Tax, follow these steps:
-
Open your Windows file explorer and browse to the drive on which you have installed Drake Tax.
-
Go into the DrakeYY folder and open the FT folder.
-
Locate the file DrakeYY.exe, right-click and choose Properties.
-
Go to the Compatibility tab.
-
Click the option Change high DPI settings.
-
Check the box Override high DPI scaling behavior.
-
In the drop box, select System (Enhanced).
-
Click OK.
-
Click Apply and then click OK again.
The above steps may also help with making screens more legible by increasing the DPI and sizing of the screens. An issue with the CSM scroll bar not appearing can be caused by an incorrect DPI setting. Font sizes and button sizing is also adjusted with this setup.
The monitor display resolution setting may need to be adjusted to see the scroll bar on some screens.
