Payables
All payables invoices are carried forward each year during the Update Prior Year Clients process.
Receivables
All current year receivables invoices, and any prior year receivables invoices that have not been paid in full, are carried forward during the Update Prior Year Clients process.
Note Drake Software recommends that all payables and receivables be entered in the current year program.
