How to make Form 8962 show the correct spouse

Per Form 8962 Instructions:

"Name. Print or type your name exactly as you entered it on your tax return. If you are married and filing a joint return, enter the name that appears first on your return.

Social security number. The social security number on this form should match the social security number on your tax return. If you are married and filing a joint return, enter the first social security number that appears on your tax return.

If you entered an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) on your tax return, enter this number on Form 8962."

Based on these instructions, Drake will print the name of the primary taxpayer and that taxpayer's Social Security Number at the top of Form 8962 in the View/Print mode of the software. This cannot be switched using the TS box indicator at the top of the 95A - 1095-A Marketplace Statement screen.
