Drake Portals - Business Returns Not Being Uploaded for Signing

Certain business returns (1120, 1120-S, and 1065 returns) may not successfully be uploaded to Drake Portals if required e-signature information for partners, officers, or member managers is missing. Preparers are strongly encouraged to verify that all applicable fields are completed prior to submitting the return for signing.
