Drake Zero - Updating Returns from a Prior Year

In order for you to bring client data forward, the return must have been calculated or viewed in the prior year. Then you can update return information from a prior year by going to the current year and clicking the Create icon. Enter and Confirm the SSN and click Create return. Answer Yes when asked whether you want to bring the return forward to this year. The return will open with prior-year data carried over (note that not all information is updated from year-to-year). The client will then appear in return search results, recent returns, etc.
