Drake Zero Web1040 - Viewing a Return

Overview

To view a return or download a PDF of a return, follow these steps:

1. Open the return.

2. At the top right, click View Return.

3. Select whether you want to:

   • View Entire Return (federal and any states)

   • View Partial Return

   • View State Return

4. Select the applicable watermark option:

   • Client Copy

   • Preparer Copy

   • Draft

   • None

5. Click Create PDF.

6. The program compiles the return documents into a PDF. Select to View Return, Upload to Drake Portals, or Cancel.

   • If you choose View Return, the return will open in another window. From that window you can click the download button to save it to a location of your choice, or print the return.

   • Upload to Drake Portals requires an active Drake Portals subscription. See Drake Zero - Drake Portals Setup for details.

   • Cancel returns you to the Return Viewing Options menu.
