I am getting Error 31 when trying to view a document I have scanned into Drake Documents.
Error 31 results when a user attempts to open a PDF file in Drake Documents (previously Drake Document Manager or DDM) and the operating system cannot find an associated program for the PDF file:
Error 31 in FindExecutable:
There is no association for the specified file type.
This is a Windows error, not a Drake Documents error. When this happens Drake recommends uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader.
Sometimes this error occurs when a file type other than PDF is stored in Drake Documents, but no associated program has been defined for it in the operating system. You can review and change programs associated with specific file types here:
